SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction as a customer is our primary goal. If the product that you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, please let us know. It is our policy to provide quality product(s) and service(s) to our customer. We will provide you with directions on how to return the merchandise.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

We will ship anywhere within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or out of the country.

Some items are either too heavy (over 150 lbs.) or too long to ship ground.

The appropriate Shipping and Handling Charges for the products you buy will be added to your order at time of purchase.

FREIGHT TRUCK DELIVERIES

Large Item Delivery - Some merchandise is too large to ship via ground courier and need to be shipped by freight truck. The trucking company will call you ahead of time to schedule an appointment that will be convenient for you. Tailgate delivery to your curbside is available for extra cost. The carrier is not responsible for unloading or moving merchandise to your house, uncrating, installing or removing packing material. You will be responsible for the cost if you arrange any other special service with the trucking company.

Damaged Merchandise - In the event that the merchandise delivered s damaged, you have the option to refuse the delivery or have the truck driver note the damage in the bill of lading before you sign off.

IMPORTANT: The merchandise is in good condition when the carrier picked them up from our manufacturer. It is the responsibility of the trucking company to delivery the merchandise to you in the same condition. It is very important that you do not accept damaged or missing number of products unless noted by the truck driver in the bill of lading. It is possible that the damaged incurred might be hidden or what we call "concealed" damage. In both cases, anytime a damage or shortage in the merchandise happen, you have only 3 days from delivery date to report the damage. We will be responsible for filing claims against the trucking company. At the end of the 3rd day the merchandise is no longer eligible for "claim" , and since you signed and accepted the merchandise you now own it.

Shipping Time Should you need updated information with reference to the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.

Delivery Notification The shipping company will call you to give you a specific delivery date and time (within 4 to 6 hours.) If we are unable to contact you. Your order will be shipped back to the vendor and the cost of shipping to and from your address will be deducted from your return credit.

WARRANTY

Most of our products are covered by a written warranty from our manufacturer. Please call us if you would like a copy of the warranty.Should you need to obtain further information regardng a warranty claim we will gladly supply you this information.

Our price match+15% plan now applies to the following growing list of products:

If you find a lower price on an identical item on any online website we will

(a) If you are purchasing the product, reduce the price of the product to the competitor's price plus an amount equal to 15% of the price difference.

(b) If you already purchased the item and within 14 days from the date of purchase, refund you the difference in price plus an amount equal to 15% of the price difference.


To take advantage of this price guarantee the competitor's product must meet the following:

- Identical items, same brand and manufacturer.
- In-stock and available for purchase only on-line.
- Price includes Shipping and Taxes if applicable
- Price Match Must be at or above our acquisition cost or we reserve the right to not sell product.

Here are the steps to receive your refund:

2. State the exact web address of the competitor, the model number and name of the product you are requesting a price match for.

All price match requests are only valid for orders placed with a major credit card or check and within 14 days of purchase date. We reserve the right to reject any price match request for any reason.








RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

You must call us at 800-853-7119 to start the "return" process. Directions will provided on how to proceed.

Merchandise must be less than 30 days old, unused and in the original packaging.

Original packing slip must be included with the return.

Refunds will be issued only to the original credit card used for the purchase.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. This RMA is required for all returns and is valid only for 14 days from date of issue and should be shown on the label of the returned merchandise. This number enables us to credit the appropriate account.

WE WILL DENY REFUNDS ON ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT RMA NUMBER OR EXPIRED RMA.

All returns must meet the conditions listed above and will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns that do not meet the requirements will be denied.

Total return credits are subject to the original costs of shipping the item(s) to you and the return back to our vendor.

Items with 20% restocking fee are listed below:

1. All "stock size" shutters.(plus return freight cost)

2. Tando/Exteria Siding and Skirting (plus return freight cost)

3. Storage Buildings (plus return freight cost)

4.)All Bath products(plus return freight cost)

5.)All Vinyl Skirting(plus return freight cost)

Merchandise initially shipped free or at a promotional freight rate is subject to return freight charge.

We cannot accept returns for the following merchandise:

1. Custom-made products. To avoid problems please provide accurate measurements when placing an order or request a sample. At the time you place the order, we repeat the items with emphasis on size and color.We cannot accept returns on these custom made products after they have been produced.

2. Insulated Vinyl Skirting.

3. All Entry Doors

3. All vinyl shutters identified as CUSTOM non-returnable sizes.

4. All Triple dome skylights are custom made
and therefore not returnable.

5. Custom Metal Roofing

CANCELATION POLICY:

By definition an order is considered cancellable if the merchandise has not been shipped yet. Once an order has SHIPPED, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Any order that is in the process of being manufactured or assembled may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 20%. Please ask our sales staff prior to placing your order if your merchandise falls in this category.

You will receive an email confirming any order placed by phone or online. It is very important that you verify the accuracy of the order placed. You may be responsible for the return costs of a product order that is not what you intended to purchase.

LOCAL AND STATE LAWS AND CODES

Please check your local and state laws and code requirements regarding the product you are purchasing, you might have to meet specific local building codes. Please make sure this is done prior to placing your order. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our sales team and we will be more than happy to assist you. We will not be responsible for goods that does not meet your local building codes and are considered not returnable for this reason.

ABC Home Center features an ongoing 10% discount for our over 55 year old customers. A (10%)ten-percent discount applies only to items that are not on sale. Call our toll free number when you place your order so we can give you the discount.
